11 NIX NOLLEDO Chairman & CEO, Xurpas Philippines FAJRIN RASYID Co-founder & CFO, Bukalapak Philippines GRACE SAI Co-founder and CEO, The Hub Singapore Singapore Nix Nolledo is the Chairman and CEO of Xurpas Inc., the largest listed consumer technology company in a Southeast Asian Stock Exchange. He is an active angel investor, and the Philippine venture partner of Wavemaker Partners, a member of the Draper Network, which gives him a pulse on the latest innovations in global technology. Nix is the founding director and former President of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP), founding director of Digital Commerce Association of the Philippines (DCOM), and member of the Philippine Chapter of Entrepreneur's Organization (EO). He is the first Filipino entrepreneur chosen by the Endeavor Network. He's also the Ernst and Young 2015 Philippine Entrepreneur of the Year and one of The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) in the Philippines in 2015. Fajrin Rasyid is the Co-founder and CFO at Bukalapak.com, a leading Indonesian online marketplace. With more than 700.000 sellers and over 10 million products, Bukalapak is currently listed as one of biggest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. As the Chief Financial Officer, Fajrin oversees the financial management function of the company which includes financial projections, budgeting, fundraising, and reporting. Fajrin previously worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with extensive experience across major industries including public services, financial services, IT, automotive, retail, and FMCG. He earned his bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Summa Cum Laude) from the prestigious Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). Grace is the CEO and Co-founder of Impact HUB Singapore, the country's largest coworking community of entrepreneurs, creatives, and techies. Interested in ecosystem building and policy development for startups, she has been invited by the Prime Minister's Offices in Singapore and Malaysia, Angela Merkel, Mayor Park, amongst others; to share her inputs. She also sits on the Advisory Board for Ben & Jerry's Singapore, is an Entrepreneur-in Residence at INSEAD and a TEDx Singapore speaker. Grace has been nominated as a Young Global Leader, World Economic Forum (2013), 40 Under 40 by Prestige Singapore (2014) and is a UN Women Entrepreneurship Day Ambassador. Grace is a Kauffman Fellow and has an MBA from University of Oxford. JOEL NEOH Co-founder & CEO, KFit Malaysia Joel Neoh is the Co-founder and CEO of KFit. The Sequoia-backed health, beauty and fitness discovery platform currently operates in 8 countries across Asia Pacific. He was previously the founder of GroupsMore, which was acquired by Groupon in 2010. Joel was instrumental in establishing the high-growth business model that propelled the organization into a multi billion-dollar business with thousands of employees across 12 countries. Joel has co-founded several successful companies, including Says.com, which merged with Catcha Media in 2013, and invested in a string of technology venture capital funds and startups across Asia. In 2012, Joel won the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Emerging Entrepreneur category in Malaysia.
