Endeavor Miami runs a rigorous multi-step selection process. Candidates with the most innovative
high-growth ventures, and those with the greatest promise to become future role models, mentors
and investors, are selected as Endeavor Entrepreneurs.
Endeavor staff conducts a one-hour interview to
assess the entrepreneur's viability as a candidate.
Senior-level VentureCorps conduct multiple interviews
with each candidate, probing the candidate's business
strategy, innovation and growth potential, and examining
the entrepreneur's personal qualities.
