MULTIPLY AND REINVEST Endeavor's impact is exemplified by showcasing Endeavor Entrepreneurs as role models who invest in their teams and communities, and who inspire future generations of entrepreneurs to innovate, take risks and "think big"- this is the "multiplier effect." Endeavor was founded as an organization of, by and for entrepreneurs. By reinvesting and paying-it-forward in different ways, Endeavor Entrepreneurs expand the impact of the network. Below we highlight a few examples of their contributions. ENCOMPASS ONSITE Encompass Onsite is not only focused on increasing employment opportunities in Miami generally, but it is also focused on providing opportunities for professional development to a broader subset of the South Florida community. Encompass Onsite provides an entry point for people in Miami to gain employment and to incrementally acquire what is needed to build a career, whether that career be inside or outside of the facilities management industry. By mapping the career path of entry level employees and helping them identify the skills needed to advance in their positions, Encompass Onsite gives these employees the opportunity to visualize their upward ascent through the organization to higher salaried positions with more responsibility. The final step of this development process is a placement function- Encompass Onsite actually helps its employees find opportunities in its partner network if they ever outgrow the company's available opportunities. The charge of the company's Talent Department is to attract the most talented service professionals in South Florida, give them the tools they need to be wildly successful and advance them systematically into leadership positions within the organization or within the community at large. Encompass Onsite's commitment to growing a diverse team is evidenced by its composition: collectively, the organization's team speaks more than 10 different languages and come from more than 17 countries from around the world. The company's goal is to actively direct the career path of the top 10% of the organization and move the middle 80% of the team incrementally into the top 10% of their peers. The company believes that it is the first company in the facility services space to implement performance evaluations for entry level and front line level personnel. Case study: Varouj Aghyarian came to Encompass Onsite in 2014 as a Portfolio Service Manager for South Miami sites. He was then promoted to an Individual Unit Manager (IUM) overseeing 16 Impact Report
