Trends in the industry are shifting away from traditional restaurant styles and instead are focusing more on fast casual offerings, convenience, and clean menus that also have the option for delivery. FOOD AND BEVERAGE Pincho Factory was voted #11 on the Top 100 Fast Casual Restaurants in the nation, alongside brands like Shake Shack and Sweetgreen. ginnybakes organics launched a hospitality vertical that focuses on luxury and boutique hotel mini bars. In the 6 months since launch, they have acquired over 4,000 rooms! DeliverLean was named the 124th fastest growing company in the U.S. in the Inc. 500 2015 list and was ranked the 8th fastest growing company in the food and beverage category by Inc. Magazine in 2015. In 2016, My Ceviche unveiled its latest restaurant concept, Zuuk, a healthy fast-casual mediterranean style eatery in Brickell, as well as a location at the Miami International Airport.
