YANDIKI Yandiki's technology has empowered women from around the world by providing them with access to work that allows for location and schedule flexibility. For instance, Yandiki is partnering with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to allow +250K previously unemployed women to join the workforce through an online employment program called TeleworkSaudi. In Saudi Arabia, many women are unable to work in gender-mixed environments; therefore, Yandiki´s technology will make it possible for these women to become financially independent by working remotely from home in accordance with their local customs. According to recent studies, 43% of women in the US that have children leave their jobs because they find it difficult to balance their responsibilities at work and at home. Additionally, the impact of closing the gender employment gap in the US is $4 trillion according to a study released by McKinsey & Company, while the impact of closing this gap globally is $17 trillion according to the United Nations. To address these issues, Silvina has since launched SheWorks!, a global platform that leverages TransparentBusiness.com, the technology platform behind Yandiki, to facilitate women's access to remote, flexible job opportunities through its cloud-based platform. Additionally, SheWorks! is partnering with Endeavor Colombia portfolio company, Platzi, on a project to empower women and generate economic impact in Central America that will be sponsored by the Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF) and the InterAmerican Development Bank (IADB). Women account for 51% of the 639 vetted professionals on Yandiki's platform and 63% of the talent working on ongoing job assignments. MULTIPLY AND REINVEST CONT'D. 18 Impact Report
