Welcome Entering its 3rd year, Endeavor Miami is proud to present the 2015-2016 Impact Report. Endeavor entered the South Florida market to provide high-impact entrepreneurs that can scale their businesses with access to talent, capital and mentorship. Today, we are proud to support the growth of 15 South Florida high-impact companies and we plan to continue adding more. These companies are expected to generate more than $100 million in revenue and more than 1,500 jobs. This report focuses on the importance of talent as an enabler of economic growth, highlighting the progressive employment practices of Endeavor Entrepreneurs that are contributing to South Florida's sustained, long-term economic success. As a part of an extensive global network with offices in 25 countries, we are lucky to have the support of business leaders from around the world who are committed to Endeavor's goal of creating economic growth through targeted and impactful entrepreneurship. We believe that Miami, and South Florida as a whole, is an exciting and unique market that is on the cusp of establishing itself as an international economic center. In fact, Miami is ranked #2 for startup activity in the country and now it's our collective job to get these startups to scale up!
