W ELCOM E #ONEENDEAVOR. Community is a word we hear quite frequently. At a time when people have lost trust in government, large corporations and traditional insti- tutions, people are looking to their own networks to create bonds of trust and build new paths towards accomplishing societal goals. At Endeavor, we have a natural worldwide community of entrepreneurs, mentors, board members and team members who rely on one another to build support networks for innova- tion in over cities worldwide. I'm constantly astounded by the ways in which our many global oces manifest themselves as a single community. We coined the hashtag OneEndeavor to highlight the milestones when this com- munity comes together. At rst, this was very much an aspirational goal, but as I reect on the past year, I truly believe we are rapidly becoming one. Just a few of the things that make me believe in the reality of OneEndeavor: Entrepreneurs are coming together in new ways: Following on the suc- cess of our Harvard and Stanford leadership programs and many indi- vidual Entrepreneur-to-Entrepreneur exchanges, we have launched a number of vertical entrepreneur communi- ties including Food & Beverage and Founder to Funder, with plans for many more to follow. Our worldwide team is work- ing together as one: Our Managing Directors now gather together twice each year, and we just initiated the third round of our Employee Fellows initia- tive. So far, over team members from countries have participated in this -part annual program, designed to sup- port and align our most high achieving/ high potential sta. Our Endeavor Catalyst Fund has received investments from hundreds of worldwide board members, Endeavor Entrepreneurs and mentors, all of whom have come together to support our entre- preneurs' funding needs while contrib- uting to Endeavor's sustainability. After reaching our country mile- stone in , our leadership is now aligned behind a new vision for , which I have shared with nearly , stakeholders via a series of worldwide video conferences thanks to a partner- ship with Zoom Technologies. You'll read a lot more about our Endeavor community in the following pages. If you are already a network member I'm sure you'll still nd new things to learn about Endeavor's prog- ress. If you are new to Endeavor, I hope you'll join us in helping to build the most powerful network for entrepre- neurship on earth. Onward and upward! LINDA ROTTENBERG Co-Founder & CEO Endeavor 3
