SELECT Multiple times per year, Endeavor's rigorous, multi-step selection process concludes with International Selection Panels (ISPs) where business leaders interview and select the next class of Endeavor Entrepreneurs. STEP TWO: THE ENDEAVOR SELECTION PROCESS 2015 –2016 N UM B ER OF COM PANIES SCREENING & INITIAL REVIEW: Endeavor staff assess entrepreneur's application and conducts preliminary research to determine whether to interview candidate. FIRST OPINION REVIEWS: Endeavor staff conduct a one-hour interview to assess the candidate's viability. SECOND OPINION REVIEWS: Senior-level Endeavor mentors and network members conduct multiple interviews with each candidate to review their high-impact potential. LOCAL SELECTION PANELS: 10–15 local mentors and board members interview, deliberate, and select candidates for an international panel. INTERNATIONAL SELECTION PANELS: Global business leaders interview candidates, deliberate, and select a new class of Endeavor Entrepreneurs by unanimous vote. IT'S UNANIMOUS!
