x GR ACE JUDIO -K AHL , founder of LightHOUSE Indonesia, was named an EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women of 2015. The program is an international competition and executive education program that identifies a select group of high-potential women entrepreneurs whose businesses show a potential to scale. EAST BALI CASHEWS was awarded the 2015 U.S. Secretary of State's Award for Corporate Excellence for their societal impact as an SME. Founder and CEO Aaron Fishman was recognized for EBC's dedica- tion to sustainability efforts and to improving the lives of local farmers. COT TON INK'S Carline Darjanto and AGATE STUDIO'S Arief Widhiyasa, were both featured on Forbes' "30 Under 30 Asia" list. Cotton Ink is a women's' ready-to-wear apparel line, and Agate Studio is a leading game developer. ENDEAVOR INDONESIA'S Mega Scale-Up Clinic event was recorded by the Museum Rekor Indonesia (MURI) for holding the "Most Number of Consultations Held in One Location." Scale-Up Clinic is a one-on-one speed-men- toring event that brings together entrepreneurs, mentors, investors and more in the local ecosystem. p DEALMAKERS is an exclu- sive annual event hosted by Endeavor Jordan that brings top international and MENA investors with the region's most promising ICT entre- preneurs together to catalyze investment opportunities, share industry knowledge and make connections. Nearly 200 people attended the event in 2015. RESERVEOUT raised a $4M Series A led by regional VC firm Silicon Badia, 500Startups, and existing investors iMena Group and Jisr Venture Partners. The company will use this round to reach more diners in the region and to expand the sales presence in existing and new markets toward wider adoption of their Table Management System. AR ABIAWEATHER , founded by Mohammed Al-Shaker and Yousef Wadi, joined the Royal Meteorological Society in the UK as a Corporate Member, promoting academic and public engagement in weather and climate science. ArabiaWeather is the leading provider of weather products, services, and solu- tions to consumers and busi- nesses in the MENA region. y JORDAN'S LUMINUS EDUCATION, founded by Ibrahim Safadi, was awarded a €5 million grant from the EU to increase work preparedness and entrepre- neurship among Jordanians and Syrian refugees.
