THE ENDEAVOR EXPERIENCE
Endeavor Lebanon created a three-
member advisory board to help Elcir
develop a growth strategy. The board
continues to meet on a quarterly basis
to advise on key organizational, financial
and strategic decisions.
A senior Ernst & Young Vantage advisor
from Ireland joined the Elcir team for
six weeks pro bono in order to review
the company's financial structure and
recommend budget and planning best
practices.
Four consultants from Strategy& analyzed
Elcir's business model and benchmarked
the company against global players within
the same industry (see p.23).
Endeavor Lebanon provides selected
entrepreneurs with a wide range of customized
services through its volunteer network of 3000
local and global business leaders who serve as
mentors, advisors and role models.
