12 Aquilino Peña is the Co-founder of Kibo Ventures, an early stage fund based in Madrid, Spain. Pri- or to joining Kibo, Aquilino served as CEO of MediaEdge:cia (WPP Group) for Spain and Portugal and Online Managing Director for Orange Spain. Previously, he was part of the founding team of Submarino.com (IPOed in Brazil), where he launched and managed the Spanish subsidiary. He started his career at The Boston Consulting Group in the Madrid and Sao Paulo offices.
