5 INVESTORS Vivian is Deputy Chairman of DMGT International and President of Seagrass Capital Partners. Vivian Baring started working for his family business DMGT in 1981 originally with Northcliffe Newspapers Group. Vivian then went onto become Chairman of A&N International Media, build- ing a collection of digital businesses in nine countries in Central and Eastern Europe, concluding with a successful exit in 2012 when the Group decided to re focus on core markets. In 2011, he became Deputy Chairman of DMGT International, looking for digital businesses that will com- plement existing DMGT businesses world wide with a particular focus in Latin America. Vivian is also Founder and President of Seagrass Capital Partners, which invests in angel and early stage digital start up businesses in Latin America. Ruzgar Barisik leads IFC's consumer Internet practice and venture capital investments in Europe, Middle East & North Africa. Ruzgar has over fifteen years of private equity and venture invest- ing experience covering industrial, technology and media businesses. Prior to IFC, Ruzgar was a Partner at GTI Group, a New York based private equity investment firm, where he led various investments and realizations in the US and India. Ruzgar recently started Techemerge.org, an ac- celeration program for tech companies expanding into emerging markets. The inaugural program is connecting health technology innovators from around the world with healthcare providers in India to accomplish the dual goals of improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. He has nearly 19 years of experience in the technology ecosystem of Turkey, including 13 years at Turkcell. During his time at Turkcell, he established and led numerous key initiatives influencing Turkcell's entire non-voice VAS (Value Added Services) lineup as the Chief Product / New Technology Businesses Officer. In this role, he and his team effectively developed an innovation ecosystem of 350 technology startups around Turkcell. Cenk served on the Board of Directors for Corbuss, Fizy and Turkcell Interaktif. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
