6 Rohit Bodas joined American Express in 2011 to help launch the company's corporate venture program. Rohit has led and currently manages American Express Ventures' investments in Ra- dius, Persado, Enigma, SkyTree Analytics, Capillary Technologies, Cignifi, Clip and Trulioo. Rohit also oversees Amex Ventures' international investment efforts across Europe, Israel and Asia. Prior to American Express, Rohit was a founding member of Hartford Ventures and made invest- ments in DriverSide Inc. and Coulomb Technologies. Prior to Hartford Ventures, he held various positions at Motorola in R&D, business development, and at Motorola Ventures. Rohit holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, a MS in Computer Science, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Dr. Cornelius Boersch is the Founder of Mountain Partners and has been a passionate entrepre- neur, investor and founder of numerous technology companies for the past 25 years. Cornelius Boersch founded his first company during his studies, developing it into the smart card broker and RFID-producer ACG AG and successfully floating it on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 1999. Subsequently, Conny Boersch initiated the development of further RFID-based companies, such as Smartrac (IPO in 2006), Identiv (NASDAQ-listed since 2006) and recently the cashless pay- ment systems providers Sandpiper Digital Payments. He studied at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and earned his PhD from the University of Duisburg in Essen. James Cameron joined Accel in 2013 and focuses on enterprise software, security, fintech and marketplace businesses in Europe. Prior to joining Accel, he founded and ran BipSync, a SaaS- based research platform for investment management. James also spent time on the tech banking team at Morgan Stanley and as a corporate lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, Shanghai and Hong Kong. James grew up in Australia and graduated from the University of New South Wales and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Lorenzo Castelli is Head of Project Management of Alchimia SPA, an Italy-based venture capital firm. He is responsible for portfolio management, start-up valuation, investment selection, deal structuring, strategic and business planning and development. During his career Lorenzo has served in different companies including Ralph Lauren Corp. (New York,NY), IntermediAnalisi (Project Financing Advisory Rome, IT - London,U.K.) and Barletta Group SPA (RE Development, Rome, IT). He has also been an entrepreneur in the food, tech, perfumes and cosmetics sectors.
