25 EBRD VENTURE CAPITAL PROGR AMME GENER AL ATLANTIC IFC HUMMINGBIRD The EBRD Venture Capital Investment Programme is a dedicated €100 million capital pool and team investing early and growth stage venture capital in innovative, high-growth technology companies from central Europe to central Asia. They invest in companies in the software and web services, semi-conductors and materials, communications, mobility and media and clean technology sectors, among others. General Atlantic is a leading global growth investor with a history of adding value and building market leading companies. Their long-term investment horizon, global reach and collaborative approach focuses on taking a company to the next level of growth. GA has $8 billion of total committed capital and a portfolio valued at $12 billion. Notable investments include: Yemeksepti, Tory Burch and Alibaba. IFC's Venture team invests in venture/early growth companies that offer innovative technologies or busi- ness models with high impact potential in emerging markets. Their sectors of focus are healthcare, ed-tech, consumer Internet, and clean technology. With one of the largest footprints in emerging markets, they offer local knowledge, connections to a global network of other clients and portfolios, as well as an understanding of regulations and local domains. Notable investments include: Souq.com, Scanntech, Iyzico and Mobinets. Hummingbird Ventures is a venture capital fund for high-growth digital media and software companies. Hummingbird Ventures specializes in IT and online services and focuses on digital media, social media, e-com- merce, cloud computing, infrastructure software, enterprise software, gaming and mobile applications. With offices in Antwerp, London and Istanbul, Hummingbird focuses on companies that started in Europe, Turkey or the Middle East. They typically invest between 5K to 2M €. INTEL CAPITAL Intel Capital is the corporate venture arm of Intel Corporation. Since 1991, Intel Capital has invested more than US$11.7 billion in over 1,457 companies in 57 countries. As a stage agnostic investor, Intel Capital works with companies of virtually every size across a wide range of technologies. They invest in developers and providers of hardware, software, and services in the computing and smart devices, cloud, datacenter, security, IoT, wear- ables, robotic technologies and semiconductor manufacturing sectors, among others. Notable investments include: Minha Vida, Coquelux and Mural. KIBO VENTURES Kibo Ventures is an early stage investor based in Madrid. With over €115M under management, Kibo Ventures has 35 portfolio companies across different sectors. They initially invest between €500K to €1M, with the potential to follow on with up to €5m per company. Notable investments include: Flywire, Carto.com and Job and Talent.
