7 Paul Chucrallah is the Managing Director of Berytech Fund Management (Holding) SAL, the fund management company of Berytech Fund II. His responsibilities span the commercial, investment and administrative sides of the business. Prior to joining Berytech Fund, Paul held senior positions with various Lebanese investment and commercial banks and worked in consulting in London. He holds a diploma in Telecommunication and Electrical Engineering from ESIB - USJ in Beirut, and an MBA from INSEAD - Fontainebleau. Scott joined Summit Partners in 1996 and today manages the firm's London office, which he founded in 2001. Scott has made investments in -- and served as a board director for -- more than 25 companies. Currently he is a director of Acturis Limited, AVAST Software, Calypso Technology, DentalPro, Global Fashion Group, Lazada, Signavio and vente-privee.com. His prior directorships include 360T Group (acquired by Deutsche Börse), Hittite Microwave Corporation (NASDAQ: HITT, later acquired by Analog Devices), Jamba! AG (acquired by VeriSign), Multi- fonds (acquired by Temenos), Ogone (acquired by Ingenico), SafeBoot (acquired by McAfee), Web Reservations International (acquired by Hellman & Friedman) and Welltec International (acquired by Exor and 7 Industries). Prior to joining Saned Partners, Antoine worked in investment banking at BLOMINVEST Bank. Antoine has 14 years of experience and has worked as finance manager in several industries such as consumer goods, pharmaceutical and retail. Antoine holds an MBA from ESA / ESCP-EAP and a Bachelor in Business Administration with an emphasis in banking and finance from the Lebanese American University. ANTOINE EL BOUSTANY Saned Partners Lebanon Roni Elchahal is a Principal at General Atlantic based in the London office. He leads the firm's capital partnering effort in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Roni joined General Atlantic in 2007, focusing on investments in the Internet & Technology sector. He has previously worked at CI Capital Partners, where he helped source and execute middle market investments across sectors, and at the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked on strategic and operational proj- ects in a variety of industries. Roni earned an M.B.A. with distinction from the Harvard Business School. He also earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in History from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude and was a Joseph Wharton Scholar.
