Endeavor has established a rigorous, multi-step process to identify and select entrepreneurs with high-impact potential. Endeavor selects each class of entrepreneurs at INTERNATIONAL SELECTION PANELS (ISPS) where business leaders from around the world interview candidates put forward by local boards following local selection panels (LSPs) in each country/city. On day two of the ISP, Panelists deliberate for hours before unanimously deciding which candidates become Endeavor Entrepreneurs. Since 1997, Endeavor has screened more than 47,000 entrepreneur candidates and selected more than 1,300 (~2.5%) with high-impact potential.
