How will we measure each BHAG and align
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team?
After socializing this Vision2020 document with boards, teams, mentors and
entrepreneurs from around the world, we will dive deeper into annual KPIs and
how to align incentives across the board.
We plan to re-engage Bain to provide data analytics and guidance on
operationalizing these BHAGs.
We will continue communicating throughout the year as we collectively
develop annual goals and work plans for our Endeavor offices, functional areas,
and team members.
Our goal is shared BHAGs and a #OneEndeavor spirit that also allows room
for creative expression given differing local contexts.
There are some common themes that have already emerged.
