SEARCH & SELECTION: • We must continue to select Endeavor Entrepreneurs who fulfill our high-impact mission: • This means integrating the Bain work at every stage in the process (SORs, LSP, ISP). • We will collaborate among Endeavor teams—ESG, Insight, Investor Network, Catalyst—to ensure all "watch list" companies do not get lost in the process. This will help us avoid "Type II" errors (false negatives—the future BIG BUBBLES). • Using Bain analytics also will help us avoid "Type I" errors—the false positives that drain resources, fall to the bottom quartiles on performance, and fail to fulfill our mission. ENTREPRENEUR SERVICES AND MULTIPLIER EFFECT: • Net Promoter Score (NPS) will continue to guide our services, aligning these with entrepreneur needs. • Endeavor Catalyst and Investor Network are now viewed as core services and, in the case of Catalyst, as an aspirational association for our entrepreneurs. We need to ensure these programs continue to be offered and promoted everywhere Endeavor operates. • To avoid distraction, we need to take a hard look at which programs do NOT support our core mission and BHAGs. • Ideally every Endeavor country/city office will engage Endeavor Insight to produce at least one Bubble Map. We are also working on other ways to measure the 20x multipier effect goal.
