8 INVESTORS = Endeavor Investor Network Member ROBERT ANDERSON FTV Capital United States JOEL AYALA Lumia Capital United States Rob Anderson currently has investment responsibilities in financial services, payments and transaction processing. Prior to joining FTV Capital, Rob was an investment banking associate within the financial institutions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and capital raising transactions for asset management and financial technology companies. Rob received an AB degree in economics and a certificate in finance from Princeton University. Joel Ayala joined Lumia Capital in 2015 and his responsibilities include due diligence, investment sourcing, and portfolio company management. Joel participated in Lumia's investments in Greenhouse, Kahuna, Careem, Digital Genius, EatStreet, Trocafone, Sprig, and Hired among others. In 2016, he was named 30 Under 30 in Venture Capital by Forbes Magazine. Prior to Lumia, Joel worked in corporate development and international operations at YuMe (NYSE: YUME), a leading digital video advertising platform. Joel was also a founder of Mingleton, a company that pioneered the use of iBeacon to achieve hyperlocal networking and messaging for users, which he exited prior to joining Lumia. Previously, Joel was an investment banker with Jefferies' Global Technology, Media, and Telecom group. Joel holds a BA, cum laude with distinction, from Harvard University in Economics and was selected as a Milken Scholar. PATRICK BURTIS Amadeus Capital Partners United States Pat Burtis joined Amadeus in 2006 and is a partner in Amadeus' San Francisco office. He invests in high-tech companies globally, with a focus on Latin America and the US. Pat's sector interests include fintech, edtech, digital media, and cleantech. He currently serves on the Boards of Bidu, Descomplica, and GreenRoad and is an observer at Magnetic. He has also worked closely with Transmode (TRMO.ST), Tobii (TOBII.ST), Optos (LON:OPTS), ClickTale, and GlySure. In 2010-2011, Pat served as interim CFO and CEO at GreenRoad. Pat began his career with five years in Bain & Co's Boston office. From 1997-2004, Pat was an independent consultant in the cleantech, high-tech, health care, and materials fields. Pat holds a BA from Dartmouth College and a Masters of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. He is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 11).
