11 STEVEN FAN Tencent United States Steven is Executive Director for Tencent's Exploration Team leading investments in the United States. Before joining Tencent, Steven was Vice President of M&A at Yahoo and growth investor at Institutional Venture Partners. He is an active angel investor and currently lives in San Francisco, CA. ZACH FINKELSTEIN Lumia Capital United States JOHN FARRELL Alt Ventures Mexico Zach Finkelstein joined Lumia Capital in 2012 and his responsibilities include investment sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio company management. Zach participated in Lumia's investments in OpenDNS, Careem, Xtime, Kabbage, Pitzi, EatStreet, Procore, Sprig, and Hired among others. In 2016, he was named 30 Under 30 in Venture Capital by Forbes Magazine. Prior to Lumia, Zach was an investment banker with Citi's Global Technology, Media and Telecom group. At Citi, Zach provided critical strategic advice, market insight and valuation expertise to companies across the telecom and media landscape, including but not limited to, AT&T, Comcast/NBCU, Time Warner, Verizon and Web MD. Zach holds a BA, magna cum laude with distinction, from the University of Pennsylvania. John Farrell has built his career in the telco, internet and media industries over the last two decades, with 12 years at Google. John joined Google in 2004 as Director of Business Development for Asia Pacific and Latin America to expand Google's content network for ad distribution, establish partnerships with wireless carriers, and acquire content for services such as Maps and Video. In 2008, John was appointed Country Director for Mexico, where he managed sales, operations, and strategy for one of Google's fastest growing markets. Most recently, John served as Director of YouTube Latin America, responsible for developing audiences and growing Google's video display business. Prior to Google, John served as Director of Business Development at Televisa in Mexico City, where he led initial efforts to create social networking and mobile content services. BRIAN FEINSTEIN Bessemer Venture Partners United States Brian Feinstein is a partner at BVP, where he focuses on enterprise software and consumer Internet, and oversees BVP's efforts in Brazil and Russia. Brian has been involved in the firm's investments in Clio, Enforta, Gainsight, Knewton, LiveAuctioneers, Mindbody, Playdom, Procore, United Capital, and Zoosk. He was a founder and partner at Opera New Media, an online advertising agency, and worked in the private equity group at Blackstone. Brian holds a B.A. in government from Harvard University. Brian is the author of The Industry Software Revolution white paper and the Bessemer Guide to Venture Debt.
