JOB CREATION METRICS At the core of Endeavor's social impact is the creation of high-quality jobs by the organization's entrepreneurs. To better understand the quality of jobs and the multiplier effect these jobs have had on regional economies, we conducted a survey among our portfolio companies. We used this survey to measure not only the quantity of the jobs created by our portfolio companies, but the quality of these jobs as well. Once uncommon in Endeavor's markets, many of our portfolio companies are offering stock options and merit-based pay to their employees. In doing so, our portfolio companies are attracting and retaining top talent and aligning their growth and financial success with that of their employees.
