Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Kronfol worked at Merrill Lynch in the Fixed Income Division where he structured and traded agency mortgage- backed securities. Mr. Kronfol received a B.A. magna cum laude from Princeton University in Computer Science and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School where he was a Palmer Scholar. Mr. Kronfol has been a CFA charterholder since 2006. Bryan is a Partner at Invus Opportunities, a global venture and growth investor based in New York. He joined the Invus Group in 2004 and focused on control-oriented investments before shifting his focus to minority investments at InvOpps in 2011. Prior to Invus, Bryan was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York, where he worked with clients in a wide range of industries including financial services, media, technology, pharmaceuticals and education. Previously, Bryan worked in the Exchange and MSN divisions of Microsoft. Bryan graduated with an AB in Computer Science from Harvard University. Nanda is the founding Managing Director of Bunge Ventures, the global venture capital business of Bunge investing in disruptive technologies and emerging trends transforming the agriculture & food industry. Nanda and his team discover, invest in, and build global strategic partnerships with start-ups and high growth companies. Categories of interest to Bunge Ventures include agriculture, food & beverage and animal feed technologies. In a career spanning 23 years, Nanda has served with increasing responsibilities across multiple functions in various Financial & Commodity trading, Commercial, Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurial business development roles in both emerging and developed markets. Before joining Bunge, Nanda worked in FX & Fixed Income sales at ABN Amro Bank and as the Treasurer of ITC ConAgra in India. Luis is a Managing Director at Allen & Company, a merchant banking firm in New York City, where he is responsible for the firm's business in Latin America. Luis has spent his careers at the crossroads of corporate development, investing and advisory. He has worked for BNP Paribas, Palladium Equity Partners, UBS, Bertelsmann and James D. Wolfensohn, Inc. Luis's advisory work in Latin America has included several acquisitions and strategic projects for some of the leading multinational companies in the region. Luis has also been a private investor in the region in diverse sectors including healthcare, media and technology. Luis received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School at M.I.T. He is originally from Puerto Rico and in his adult life has resided in Boston, São Paulo and New York City.
