ENDEAVOR CATALYST THE SECOND SOLUTION to sustainability — to begin investing in Endeavor Entrepreneurs — had been debated in Board Meetings for years. Some Board Members were vigorously in favor of the idea, while others defended Endeavor's neutral support of entrepreneurs. In 2011, conversations led to action when Endeavor Global Board Members Reid Hoffman, founder of LinkedIn; Nick Beim, General Partner at Matrix Partners; and Michael Cline, Founding Partner at Accretive; encouraged Endeavor to research its historical returns.
