ENDEAVOR IMPACT REPORT 2011 – 2012 STEP FIVE: GIVE-BACK With the goal of sustainability, Endeavor is implementing give-back programs worldwide. Endeavor Entrepreneurs pay an annual fee for services rendered and donate 2% equity in their companies. QUOTED "I learned to dream big with Endeavor. My give-back to Endeavor will be not only money, but also time." 44 GIVE-BACK IN ACTION 80% of Endeavor Mexico's operational expenses for Search & Selection and Entrepreneur Services were covered by entrepreneur give-back in 2011. Wilson Poit Endeavor Brazil Entrepreneur Selected in 2002 for his generator leasing company Poit Energia, Wilson worked closely with Endeavor Brazil on HR, building an advisory board, and corporate governance. In 2012, Wilson sold Poit Energia to Scottish power company Aggreko for over USD $200 million and, through the give-back program, donated a portion of the cash-out to Endeavor Brazil.
