Work culture is not formulaic, as every
company faces unique opportunities for
growth that require different types of
personnel and communication between
teams. As sales and employee growth
multiply, founders need to be able to
delegate tasks, trusting that employees
can effectively carry out assignments while
conveying company values. Increasing
cultural and personality diversity in the
workforce, while instilling company values
into every employee are keys to success
that every entrepreneur should strive for
when scaling a company.
If executed well, these pillars will save the
entrepreneur valuable time and resources
that would otherwise be spent on frequent
personnel changes due to high turnover
rates. Although scaling can be a difficult
process for entrepreneurs, a company's
growing pains will be much reduced with
the foundation of a strong team and work
culture, allowing for greater, more effective
growth and scale for their business.
