1 3 Each year, Endeavor recruits students from top business schools in the U.S., including Harvard, Stanford, MIT and Wharton, to work with Endeavor Entrepreneurs for six weeks on specialized projects to help support the growth of their companies. eMBA fellows have helped Endeavor Entrepreneurs achieve major milestones, with successes including creating a new sales strategy for a Mexican company, which helped grow their revenue from $7 million to $18 million, or guiding the first Uruguayan company in history to raise U.S. venture capital. A deeply rewarding experience for both entrepreneurs and students, many eMBA fellows stay involved with the Endeavor network long after their six-week experience. "e Endeavor network is not just for entrepreneurs," says Baily Kempner, a former eMBA fellow (above left). "From an eMBA summer internship with an entrepreneur in Johannesburg, to a full-time position with Endeavor Global in New York, my Endeavor experience led me to my next employer, e Abraaj Group, one of Endeavor's largest supporters. On a regular basis, I run into Endeavor Entrepreneurs, mentors, board members, current and former team members, as well as new people for whom Endeavor is already synonymous with entrepreneurship, dynamism and excellence." eMBA Providing Endeavor Entrepreneurs with Access to Talent Left: Sacha Chiniara from the Yale School of Management spent her summer working with Floyd, an innovative furniture company supported by Endeavor Detroit.
