Evan focuses primarily on the growth products & services sector, with an emphasis on business services and consumer. His investment experience includes Central Security Group and FineLine Technologies. Prior to Summit, Evan worked for Lazard Fréres & Co. in the Global Power, Energy and Infrastructure Group. He holds a BS in Business Economics and Public Policy Analysis, with honors, from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Jenny is an analyst at Omidyar Network where she is responsible for the sourcing and evaluation of for-profit and nonprofit investments for the firm's Financial Inclusion initiative with a focus on Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Jenny was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs. While at the firm, Jenny advised, managed, and executed capital markets strategy for investment grade corporate companies across the industrial, healthcare and consumer retail sectors. Jenny graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College where she received a B.A. in economics and minored in political science with a focus on environmental studies. Soyeon is a senior investment manager at SK Gas. Her role is finding new customer-centric technologies and business opportunities in the energy sector and building networks with startups which SK Gas sees as great value for its future business roadmap. Thomas Hyland is a co-founder of Aspada, a venture capital fund in India that invests in market leaders at the intersection of technology and business model innovation in financial services, agricultural supply chain & logistics, healthcare, and education. Aspada is anchored by the Soros Economic Development Fund (SEDF) and builds on the success of the SONG Fund, an early-stage Indian venture fund anchored by SEDF, the Omidyar Network, and Google. Hyland was one of the first employees of SeaChange Capital Partners, a social-sector financial intermediary founded by former senior partners of Goldman Sachs. Earlier he worked in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco.
