Acsendo aims to formalize and strengthen talent management within small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by providing them with tools to favor analytics over gut instincts. Acsendo offers SMEs access to a low cost, easy-to-use, and customizable platform for talent optimization; its data-driven tools allow businesses to streamline decisions around talent acquisition, retention, and compensation. The company has helped reduce employee turnover per company by 20% on average. Ayannah provides digital commerce and payment services for unbanked residents in the Philippines.
