Leveraging her years of experience in Latin America, Jackie handles business development and manages SVB client relationships with venture capital investors and entrepreneurs in the region. Jackie joined SVB after leading deal activity and portfolio engagement in Latin America as an investment associate with Accion Venture Lab. Jackie has also worked at Compass Group Asset Management in Mexico City where she was part of the real estate private equity team, and Angel Ventures Mexico as a Fulbright Binational Business Scholar. Jackie holds a BA in international relations and journalism from Baylor University and a graduate certificate in business from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Dan works with emerging growth technology companies and VC funds that invest in those companies. His practice encompasses all areas of corporate and securities law, including company formation and financing, public offerings, debt transactions, corporate governance and investor-side financings. Dan has particular expertise with international transactions and is the co-head of the firm's Latin America practice group. His focus is Latin America and Europe—he is fluent in Spanish—where he represents companies and U.S. and international VCs, as well as corporations investing and pursuing business opportunities in those regions. He is an active member of several international entrepreneurship organizations and a frequent speaker at Latin American entrepreneurship and venture capital conferences. Jeremy represents emerging growth companies, public companies, and venture capital investors. He has experience in corporate formations and structuring, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, public company reporting, and general corporate and securities matters. Jeremy's work with emerging growth companies spans the entire lifecycle, from incorporation through an exit. Jeremy also represents leading venture capital investors in their portfolio company investments. Jeremy is also a member of Gunderon Dettmer's Latin America Practice group and has extensive experience working with companies located in, or recently redomesticated from, Latin America or Spain. He is fluent in Spanish. Before law school, Jeremy was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay. Bradley specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies based in the U.S. and internationally as well as the venture capital funds that invest in those companies. Bradley is broadly experienced with corporate formation and governance matters, venture capital financing transactions, and a variety of M&A transaction structures. Bradley represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, education, mobile communications, internet security, e-commerce, financial, and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of top tier venture capital firms. Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Bradley was a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy and stationed in various locations in the Western Pacific.
