10 STEFAN COHEN Bain Capital Ventures United States STEPHEN CIESINSKI SRI International United States ANTOINE COLACO Valor Capital Group United States Stefan is a B2B enterprise software investor at Bain Capital Ventures. He focuses on seed through growth stage investing and spends most of his time working on infrastructure software technologies. Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, Stefan built Turbonomic's Strategy and Operations team. His team was responsible for cross-functional go-to-market strategy, process design and operational improvement. Stefan spent his last year at Turbonomic leading their expansion into EMEA. Before joining Turbonomic, Stefan was a Senior Consultant on IBM's internal corporate strategy team. The team advised IBM's business units on growth strategy and operational improvement projects. Stefan graduated from Clark University with a degree in economics. Steve Ciesinski is president of Silicon Valley-based SRI International (www.sri.com), one of the world's leading independent R&D organizations. SRI's innovations have led to new products, businesses and industries that impact people's lives every day—from the computer mouse, interactive computing and Siri, to HDTV, medical ultrasound, drugs for cancer and infectious diseases, and many more. SRI spins out 6-10 new ventures every year, and works very closely with companies of all sizes to develop technology-based disruptive innovations. Steve is also a faculty member at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He's created and teaches courses on entrepreneurship in developing economies, and also lectures in the executive education programs. Antoine Colaço is a partner with Valor Capital Group. Prior to joining Valor, Antoine was at Google for 9 years serving in a wide range of capacities. He was most recently COO of Global Partnerships, supporting all of Google's partnerships. Previously, he established Google's India presence by founding operations in Hyderabad and grew its Latin American presence by launching offices and online AdWords operations in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina. More recently, he headed the Reseller Channel for Asia-Pacific and LATAM and was the COO for the APAC and LATAM regions. Prior to joining Google, Antoine was in Business Development for Yahoo! Finance. Antoine also held roles at Goldman Sachs, Development Bank of Singapore, and CSC Healthcare. Antoine received his BSE, cum laude, from Princeton University, in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and a certificate in Public and International Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School. He also has an MBA from the Harvard Business School. NOAH CARR Bain Capital Ventures United States Noah joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2013 and focuses on venture and growth-stage opportunities in infrastructure software. He enjoys working with passionate entrepreneurs to help grow their companies. Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Noah was an analyst in the Technology Investment Banking group at Deutsche Bank, focused on helping software companies raise capital and explore strategic alternatives. During Noah's time at Deutsche Bank he worked closely with the Eloqua, Bazaarvoice, and Tangoe management teams on their IPOs. Noah graduated from Hamilton College with degrees in Computer Science and Economics.
