7 SPEAKERS Fred Hart is a Partner and Creative Director at Interact Boulder, a branding and packaging design agency obsessed with the food and beverage industry. Located in Boulder, Colorado, at the epicenter of the natural foods movement, Fred helps usher in the good food revolution and changing of the guards in CPG. Fred's CPG experience includes work in multiple bleeding-and-leading edge food categories, as well as nearly every beverage category imaginable. Notable brands he's worked with over his career include Monster En- ergy, Dogfish Head Brewery, Mike's Hard Lemonade, and International Delight. When Fred's not walking through grocery stores like they're art museums or playing professor at the University of Colorado, he's actively exploring cities on foot and disproving the notion that white men can't jump. Avery Henderson is an Account Manager at Interact Boulder and a transplant from the great white north of Minnesota. Avery is a relative newcomer to the natural foods industry, having come previously from an agency based on crowdsourcing principles.
