staff interview and recommend the most talented entrepreneurs leading
high-growth companies to start the Endeavor selection process.
2. SELECT "rough a rigorous, multi-step selection process,
candidates must pass a series of local interviews before presenting
to panelists from our global network at International Selection
Panels (ISPs). With a unanimous decision from panelists,
candidates are selected to be Endeavor Entrepreneurs. "e
selection process is typically 6-9 months long.
3. SCALEUP Post-selection, Endeavor provides its
entrepreneurs with access to talent, mentorship, and capital
through a series of customized local and global services.
4. MULTIPLY Successful entrepreneurs multiply their
impact by growing the economy, ecosystem, and their
community. As role models, Endeavor Entrepreneurs inspire
others to start new ventures and invest in the next generation
of innovators.
5. REINVEST Endeavor has always been an organization of,
by, and for entrepreneurs. To support Endeavor's goal of long-
term sustainability, Endeavor Entrepreneurs are motivated to pay
it forward, reinvesting financial gains, expertise, and time. Ninety
percent of Endeavor Entrepreneurs go on to serve as angel investors,
mentors, and active promoters of high-impact entrepreneurship.
