MARIO CHADY

At the age of 17, Mario Chady started his career in Brazil working at an international trading
company, and further when he was 22 years old he founded his first company, launching
his career as an entrepreneur. In 1992, Mario and his co-founder partner, Eduardo Ourivio,
had opened their first restaurant in the High End International segment in Brazil, and in the
following years they started and operated several food services establishment in Brazil. In
1999, Mario had opened the first Spoleto's restaurant, a fast casual Italian brand, currently
the largest Italian food chain in Brazil. Mario was the CEO of Grupo Trigo from the very
beginning until 2014. Now he is one on the Board members.
