FLORIAN HAGENBUCH Brazil, Printi I am the co-founder of Printi, a leading e-commerce platform for mass-customized products in Brazil and the United States. The company was founded in 2012 and has since grown into an organization employing 400+ people with $50M+ in revenues. In addition to being an entrepreneur, I am a passionate startup investor, doing angel investments across the world (Brazil, US, Europe, South East Asia) since 2014. That passion lead me to start a seed- stage venture capital fund called Canary with another four partners (including my Printi co-founder, Mate) in 2016. Our first fund closed with $45M in capital and is backed by an amazing group of global LPs, mainly entrepreneurs, HNWIs and family offices. "Canary" has two meanings: it is a symbol of foresight ("canary in the coalmine") and the "canarinho" ("little canary") is the nickname of the Brazilian soccer team, which very much like ours, is the best in the world. I am married to Geraldine, currently we have no kids. And to answer the question: I am relentless in my pursuit of starting new businesses and developing new ideas. Big challenges and uncertain outcomes motivate and excite me and if I could spend the rest of my life solving one problem, it would be: "how can I find more time to do all the things I still want to do in my life"?
