7 ROBIN MORTIARY Robin Moriarty, PhD, is a global business executive, speaker, author, adjunct professor, and thought leader for businesses and non-profit organizations. She has lived on four continents and traveled to 60+ countries. Over the course of her career, Dr. Moriarty has focused on aligning businesses with opportunities to create positive societal impact in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. In her current role as SVP & COO at Equifax, she leads a team of 1500+ people globally to transform Equifax's $1B+ non-US businesses. As part of the C-Level team, she is co-leading the redesign of the business to drive better customer experience and growth. As adjunct professor at The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, Dr. Moriarty taught cross-cultural leadership to future global leaders. She is the author of "What Game Are You Playing?" and regularly shares her observations and advice on navigating complex work and life questions through speaking engagements and on her website, www.gutsy.world. MARTIN MIGOYA Martín Migoya is the Co-founder and CEO of Globant, a company that in less than 5 years turned into a multinational focused on the creation of innovative software products. Globant became the first software development company from Latin America to IPO (NASDAQ: GLOB). As Globant's CEO, Martín drove the company from a small start-up to an organization with more than 5,500 professionals with a presence in the US, UK, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Brazil and Argentina. Martin has worked in the technology industry for more than 18 years, including as Business Manager at Origin BV Holland and Project Manager at Repsol-YPF. Martín was selected as Endeavor Entrepreneur 2005 and has won a Konex Award as one of the most innovative entrepreneurs of 2008. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and was recognized with the Entrepreneur of the Year award by Ernst & Young (2013). Martín holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from La Plata University and a Master degree in Business Administration from CEMA University. Martin's session will focus on how to prepare your company for IPO (timing, benchmarks, compliance etc.). JAVIER OLIVAN Javier Olivan is the VP of Growth at Facebook. He is responsible for Facebook's international efforts, setting strategy and driving the growth of Facebook's global user base. He oversees user adoption, product analytics and internationalization efforts; he champions core products including Facebook Messenger and leads key initiatives including internet.org. Prior to Facebook, Javier was a Product Manager at Siemens Mobile. Earlier, he worked for NTT in Japan developing software that enabled high-quality, mobile video transmission. Javier holds an MBA from Stanford University and a master's degree in engineering from the University of Navarra DIEGO PIACENTINI Mr. Piacentini's career spans both the public and private sectors. He started his career holding a number of roles at Apple EMEA throughout his more than a decade at the company before joining Amazon in Seattle. Mr. Piacentini spent sixteen years at Amazon as Senior Vice President of the International Consumer Business with responsibility for all international retail operations. Reporting directly to founder Jeff Bezos, he oversaw the launch and growth of Amazon's e-commerce operations in global markets including Europe, Japan, China and India. Most recently, Mr. Piacentini served in the Italian Government as Commissioner for Digital Transformation, reporting directly to the Prime Minister. In this role, he founded and scaled the Government's Digital Transformation Team, delivering various initiatives to support the digitization of public services in Italy. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor to KRR and a Board Member of Endeavor Italy, The Economist, OODA Health and Apolitical.
