7 EDSON RIGONATTI Founding Partner, Investimentos Brazil BENJAMIN GLEASON Founder, GuiaBolso Brazil Edson is a founding partner at Astella Investimentos, a venture capital firm based in Sao Paulo. Edson has extensive M&A, capital markets, corporate development and operations management experience in the telecom, Internet and software sectors. Prior to founding Astella, he was a Partner at Cicerone Capital, Vice President of Sales at Lucent Technologies, and Chief Operating Officer with Lojas Veper. Edson serves on several boards and is an active Endeavor mentor. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University. Benjamin Gleason is the Founder of GuiaBolso, the first Personal Financial Management (PFM) platform in Brazil that helps consumers better manage their money by automating the process of personal financial management and helping to improve financial decision-making. Prior to GuiaBolso, Benjamin helped lead the ramp-up of Groupon Brazil and supported the company's IPO as CFO of LatAm. He also co-founded SAAS payments company SalesVu and was an engagement manager for McKinsey, after receiving an MBA at Wharton. WEDNESDAY, JULY 13TH LEONARDO DIB CFO, Netshoes Brazil Leonardo Dib is the CFO of Netshoes. He has over 15 years of industry experience, and has held executive positions at companies such as Pepsico, Unilever and Organizações Globo. Dib's areas of expertise include financial and strategic planning and global operations. He holds a degree in electrical engineering and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC. He has also attended macroeconomics and financial operations management courses at FGV and IBMEC. GUILHERME AZEVEDO Co-founder, dr.consulta Brazil Guilherme is the Co-Founder and Chief of People Operations of dr.consulta, which provides high-quality, low-cost, and prompt medical consultations, exams, and low-complexity micro- procedures to the 150 million+ uninsured Brazilians. dr.consulta is the pioneer affordable network of outpatient medical clinics focused on the bottom of the pyramid in the country. The company currently serves 100,000 people per month in its sixteen clinics and intends to have 100 clinics throughout São Paulo by 2018 that treats three million patients annually. With digitized records for all of its patients and a proprietary technology platform that automates scheduling, results, and follow-up processes, dr.consulta's potential is beyond providing services to Brazil's medically homeless. The company has a vision for being a pioneer in virtual medicine and impacting medical research and preventative medicine through digital data collection.
