Throug his company, Kubo Financiero, Vicente is using his 20+ years as a leader in the financial sector to design and implement a novel model to change the way banks work in Mexico - addressing the issue of high interest rates and a lack of transparency and financial education. The Kubo model takes advantage of technology to eliminate the need for an intermediary, thus diminishing operation costs and interest rates, and increasing transparency and user trust. Kubo utilizes information from users and the bureau of credit to design products that directly respond to the needs of clients and rigorously selects its portfolio, diminishing default rates and non-payments, and increasing return for savers. Guadalupe serves as EY's Growth Markets Leader for Mexico & Central America, focused on entrepreneurship and accelerating growth for high-impact companies. She is a mentor for MassChallenge Mexico and Endeavor, and has participated as judge and mentor for corporate accelerator programs such as Cinépolis Accelerator, TakeOff (Volaris), Nave Aceleradora (Axtel) and IBM SmartCamp. Guadalupe is part of the Mexico-US Entrepreneurship and Innovation Council, and served as Independent Board member of the seed capital investment fund between Mexico's Ministry of Economy and Nacional Financiera for 3 years. Formally in EY's Advisory Services practice, she has 22 years of financial and IT audit and consulting experience, which has been key in advising companies in their growth plans and needs. Hernan is the Founder and Co-Managing Partner at Angel Ventures, where he manages deal- flow, investor relations and creates value for the investment portfolio. He is also the founder of the largest angel investment network in Latin America. He currently serves as a Board Member at the Mexican Association of PE & VC Funds (AMEXCAP). Prior to Angel Ventures, Hernan started his professional career as a corporate lawyer in PwC's Mexico City and Paris branch offices, as a consultant for the Sustainable Business Initiative of the United Nations Development Program in the U.S. and Paraguay and later as a management consultant for Strategy&; (formerly Booz & Company) in Mexico City. Hernán holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a law degree from ITAM in Mexico. Adalberto is the CEO of Kueski, the fastest micro-lending service for Latin America. He is a seasoned executive with experience in the financial and software industries in both the USA and Latin America. Before Kueski, Adalberto started, grew and managed all operations of Ooyala Mexico. Prior to Ooyala, Adalberto was the Co-founder and CEO of Inviko, a business referral engine. Adalberto has worked for, collaborated with and consulted on engineering, business, finance and strategy for 20+ companies & institutions in China, Brazil, the USA and Mexico. He is fluent in Chinese-Mandarin, Portuguese, English and Spanish. He has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Systems Engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM). Adalberto became an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2015.
