6 PASCAL FINETTE Pascal is the co-founder and enfant terrible at 'be radical' and Singularity University's Chair for Entrepreneurship & Open Innovation. KERI GOHMAN Keri joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2019 as an operating partner, where she works across the firm's fintech and business SaaS portfolios, providing strategic counsel and partnering with leadership teams to accelerate business growth. As an operator for more than two decades, she has spent her career reinventing financial services and helping organizations solve global challenges. Her experience extends across multiple sectors including banking, insurance and investing, payments and accounting technology. Most recently, Keri was chief platform business officer at Xero, a rapidly growing SaaS business focused on cloud-based accounting solutions for small businesses, where she developed new businesses and opportunities in financial services, ecosystem (marketplace) and global strategic partnerships. She also served as president, Xero Americas, and a director in Xero's Canadian and U.S. businesses. Previously, she was executive vice president and general manager of Capital One's small business bank and held senior roles at Intuit and General Electric Financial Assurance. REID HOFFMAN An accomplished entrepreneur and executive, Reid has played an integral role in building many of today's leading consumer technology businesses, including LinkedIn and PayPal. As an investor, he has been instrumental in the success of iconic companies such as Facebook and Airbnb and has helped fast-growing newcomers like Aurora and Convoy get to scale. Reid joined Greylock in 2009 and focuses on early-stage investing in products that can reach hundreds of millions of participants. Reid's core focus is on businesses with network effects. In 2003, he co-founded LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network that today has more than 650 million members and a diversified revenue model that includes subscriptions, advertising, and software licensing. Before LinkedIn, Reid served as executive vice president at PayPal, where he was a founding board member and responsible for all of the company's external relationships. Reid is the co-author of Blitzscaling and two New York Times best-selling books: The Start-up of You and The Alliance. He also hosts the podcast Masters of Scale. Beyond startups and technology, Reid serves on several not-for-profit boards, including Kiva, Endeavor, CZI Biohub, Lever For Change, New America, and DoSomething. JOHN HAMM John Hamm has a diverse background as a technology CEO, a venture investor, and a leadership coach/advisor and Board member. Hamm has been an investor and Board member at Brocade (NASDAQ:BRCD), Ironport (acquired by Cisco), Documentum (acquired by EMC), Solarflare (acquired by Xllinx) and Blue (acquired by Logitech). Hamm currently leads a CEO Executive Coaching practice for VC backed technology CEOs, worldwide. He has advised more than 80 CEOs and many of their teams in the last 10 years in the areas of leadership practices, strategy, and executive team development. John has excelled in senior leadership/operating roles at several high-growth companies, including as CEO of PonoMusic (a project founded by Neil Young), Accept Software (Enterprise Product Management SaaS acquired by Versata) and Whistle Communications (acquired by IBM in 1999). John was also a Partner at TCG Advisors, and a venture partner at Redpoint Ventures. John is the author of popular leadership book, "Unusually Excellent" (Wiley - 2010) and HBR articles "The Five Messages Leaders Must Manage" and "Why Entrepreneurs Don't Scale". Hamm has been published in Fast Company, Forbes, Fortune, and The WSJ. John holds a Bachelor, Science degree in Engineering from Purdue University.
